I think it’s normal for everyone to have their own routine when they go to bed. Mine is having some kind of noise in the background. I find it impossible to get off to dreamland in silence. I'll begin concentrating on a ticking clock, the wind, or a dripping pipe; something is bound to keep me alert and awake. With some background noise I can easily drift off to sleep as my mind wanders.

My husband however, is a silent sleeper, and struggles to get off to sleep with the noise that I find essential. We needed a compromise, and finding one was not going to be easy.

Thank goodness for Dayga! I found the site when buying some knee-high boots for a fancy dress party, and found their customer service to be fantastic. I had no idea just how broad their selection of products was.
